Divide coresponding elements in Num with Den.

Remarks

Divide Num elements [NumIndex..NumIndex+Len-1] with corrresponding Deb elements [DenIndex..DenIndex+Len-1] and store the results in calling vector elements [Index..Index+Len-1]. An exception is raised if array borders are overrun.
